we will come to you your property and allow you to walk us thru the property. This time also allows us to be fully prepared for the job
During this process we will disuss what you want included in your service. Rates are based off sq. ft, number of rooms, and level of cleaning required.

once we have completed the first two steps, we will set a date and time for service.

the prices are for intial cleaning. schedule consultation to retain a housekeeper for more than one day a week

Cleaning these types of spaces are basic cleanings as these facilities are not occupied 24/7. The rates for these services are based off square footage at $.25 (cent) per sq. ft. of the area(s) you want cleaned
move in/move out
One-time services are set at $.20 (cent) per sq ft for properties larger than 1300 sq ft. any property smaller than 1300 sq. ft is set at $200. $75 Pet Cleaning Fee. Property Managers can sign a 6 month, or 1 year contract that allows you to call us for every move in/out with flexible times and dates to fit your needs.
terms of service
All customers must report any damages to property prior to service. Photos should be taken of property including any damaged property prior to service. We do not move heavy furniture. Easy Cleaning Solutions LLC must let customer know when they are entering and exiting property. A $75 cancellation fee is required if service is canceled within 24 hours
